Basics|VirtualCast started to malfunction

If restarting VirtualCast or rebooting your PC won't solve the problem, initialization of data might solve the problem.
Right after launching VirtualCast, open the Settings from the gear icon at the upper left corner. Under [General] tab, click on [Delete cache and reset].
After the reset, restart VirtualCast.
