====== Troubleshooting|I always fail to enter a studio ====== Depending on the network environment, you might fail to connect to the server during the entrance, resulting in a situation where you were always sent to the offline studio or app stopping its response. If this is the case, try using [[en:virtualcast:setting:system#Use TCP connection]] in the [Title screen] > [Settings (gear icon)] > [System]. You might also have this problem fixed by opening [[en:tips:faq:use_port|the ports used in VirtualCast]].
